Very lovely room, with friendly and helpful staff. Good location, however not that close to the city centre.

The staff was super welcoming and helpful. Once in the room, it was really clean. We had a lovely balcony on the 2nd floor. The beds were cozy and slept well, with very clean sheets.

I didn’t mind that much, but it isn’t too close to the centre of Palma. So come prepared with either public transport or like me, with a car. It will help you explore the island better.

There is not much around, you need to get the bus to go everywhere or a taxi. But for what we paid was good!

I booked at Hesperia after a surgical procedure. Not being a resident I needed somewhere I could recover and feel comfortable while doing so. The staff at Hesperia were so accommodating and helpful during this period and I am glad to have booked here. Thank you for your service.

The property was in the middle of renovations so there was a bit of change happening while I was there. This did cause a bit of noise however this I see as a good thing as they are in a developmental stage to make the facilities more comfortable and modern.

Quiet area, not so far from the center. Good connection with the bus. The room was spacious for a family.

Everything was allright, although it’s not exactly a 4 star hotel.

Very good value. Nice get away with a lovely pool (too cold for winter)

Friendly staff. Cleaners put fresh bedding on daily

Card reader took a few goes to unlock. Breakfast was not there as stated on app. A/C was only hot no cold- but the temperature wasn't much issue and I'm sure they would have changed rooms for us if i asked. Our toilet flush broke but was quickly fixed :)

A fairly basic hotel, the 3or4 steps from reception to lifts could have been made much easier with heavy cases if a ramp had been available for even part of the 3 or 4 metre width of steps!

What was the highlight of Hesperia Ciudad de Mallorca

Perfect location, just outside the hustle of the city so perfect for a relaxing city break.

Location is perfect for what we wanted; 20 min bus into the city of Palma, but walking distance to a modern shopping centre, small supermarket and restaurants/fast food chains and not to mention a 20 min walk away from the castle with stunning views. The hotel is on a slight hill so there are a few sets of steps but this didn’t bother us in the slightest. Plus the number 47 bus into Palma is on the doorstep and the buses are frequent so the steps can be avoided if not planning on walking anywhere. The hotel itself was clean with spacious rooms, plenty of plug sockets, a mini fridge, AC, full length mirror, big wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and a safe. The pool area is fairly small but was lovely and gets the sun for the whole day and not busy at all, although this may be because our visit was not in the peak of summer.

Aside from the mini fridge, there are no other kitchen facilities within the hotel room. It would’ve been perfect if there was a kettle and coffee/tea making supplies for a morning coffee on the balcony! But aside from that, there is nothing I didn’t like, I would highly recommend and definitely visit again.

Nice little hotel with great staff.

Nice hotel with everything you need for a short break. Close to Palma city by bus or a cab. Receptionist was really lovely, very helpful and made an effort to help us with everything we needed. Pool was a good size and the rooms were well appointed.

Nothing. It was all as expected for the price range. We would stay again.

The hotel is very good for short vacation but for long stay I would prefer other Hotel

I like the staff of the hotel, they were always smiling, speaking English very well, their instructions were very clear. the Cleaning ladies made very good job! Offer of the hams and cheese in the breakfast was very goods.

I would expect more vegetable (there were only tomatos) in breakfast. I didn't like the mold in the silicon used on bathtub.

Nice, comfortable hotel in a quiet area

Room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was also big with a bath tub and bidet. We had a nice view on the pool area from the balcony. The breakfast was better than expected with a decent variety of food. Location was very good in a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes walk from the marina promenade, a 12 minutes walk from a new shopping mall (perfect for larger groceries) and right next to the hotel was a bus stop with a bus taking you to Palma's city centre approximately every 20 minutes.

The hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast. The room didn't have a kettle or coffee machine but at least there was a vending machine with some snacks and drinks and a coffee machine in the reception hall.

The quiet and peace.

They did start some maintenance work, which is ok since the hotel is always running and they try to do it before the season, would be nice to inform the guests and ask for their acceptance of inconvenience.

The location is not so far from the city centre. The stuff is friendly, the swimming pool area is cool even it was February and not a good weather for swimming, it still was nice to seat near.

Breakfast is a little bit expensive but it's on your choice. The hotel is located in the hill, so if you don't like to hike choose another option. There was no cattle in the room, but there is a coffee machine on the reception.
